Emailing you to inform that today I received the parcel which was sent to me for the order on BookMyOffer.com that i have processed.

However the product what u have send is not genuine and the case of the handsfree is broken (attached the picture) and the charger dock nor the data wire is working.

I would like to return the products without any deduction on the billing amount, also request you to compensate me for the false promises you all made.
