Sir, I had bought a book named “Ayurvedic jadi booti rahasya” from bookshopofindia and had paid an amount of Rs. 390 thru net banking from my SBI account. After 4-5 days they said that the book is not available in stock and they would refund the amount very soon. It has been a week now but they have not returned the amount. event after repeated follow up they have not refunded the amount. when i contacted them they said they have initiated refund. But when i checked with payment gateway TECH PROCESS they said no request for refund has been initiated form their end. It clearly means that they were lying and are in no mood of returning the amount. Even their landline number is now out of reach. Plz help

Rs. 1,000 as compensation for delay and fraud.
