I have Booked a Individual villa in Villa Boutique Project by XS Real in OMR Padur,Chennai on 8/8/13. After receiving the documents from them only I realized that they didn’t get DTCP approval for layout. I applied for loan in IOB by mentioning the above reason the bank rejected the loan approval. When I went back to the builder and asked him to pay my booking advance Rs 10,50,000 back they are not giving back the money till date by giving variable reasons. its our hard earned money. I believe in our legal system and expect proper justice.

I just Want my booking advance Rs 10,50,000 back.
