dear sir I book BPCL cylinder gas on date 07/02/2015 and booking no-346979534, they didn’t deliver booked cylinder on time when we call to agency they told me that they have no cylinder in stock.they said that they give the cylinder after 10 days.when i call after given time they said same thing when i call 2/03/2013 they cancelled my book still at time they not provided cylinder my consumer no-35817

I want take action on this serious matter as early as possible from the Ministry of Oil and Natural Gas.
