Dear Sir/Mam, I am bharath from bangalore, would like to bring few lines for your kind consideration that, We are been using OLA cabs since 6 months now, We discovered they are unnecessary charging for every ride. Firstly they are charging peak time charge of 50/- Rs. between 7AM to 10AM and 4PM to 7pm. its quite obvious during this period there will be huge traffic. In spite of charging this they again charge Rs.2/- per minute extra towards waiting charges. this is when cab is moving and waiting could be due to traffic signal or slow moving. for example: i am taking cab from sahakarnagar to leela palace which is 19 KM. and it takes minimum 90 mins to reach office due to traffic. though i boarded cab as soon it arrived there will be 40-45 mins waiting charges. which will cost 100/- for these totally will paid close to 480/- 100 first 6km 130 for next 13 km 50 peak time charge 100 waiting charge 120 1.4X surcharge 18 service and other charge total : 518/-

Please talk to this people they are cheating to the public, though they are charging 10/- per km and they are paying 12/- per km to drivers/cab owners. so in order to run the business for the profit they are over charging the public and users. which is unethical kindly look into the policies which they have designed make necessary corrections. I have nearly paid close to 25k to OLA since 6 months for daily travel. I am expecting them to refund.
