When i applied for BPCL Gas connection in form i had given my Bank details. In march 2015 my connection is blocked because Aadhar card or Bank details not available with Gas agency. I already given My bank details along at the time of connection. Then also i had Submitted Duly filled PAHAL form with Bank details and aadhar card detail to H M gas center on 22nd Of march 2015. Then my account is active after i complaint to BPCL on 25 Th Match. I ordered for riffil cylinder on 25th March only. But i had received refill cylinder on 3rd April. I had complaint many times with BPCl and H M Gas center about this. Every time when i placed ordered for riffil then i have to follow up for the same and it takes 8-10 days to supply cylinder. Also after submission of Aadhar card and bank details, then also when i check online then it shows adhar card detail not available.
I want to update My Aadhar card and bank details properly by H M Gas agency and regularly delivers rifill cylinder in time.
