BPCL – Non Receipt of LPG Cylinder

My LPG consumer no is 43974889. i had booked a refill cylinder on 12/1/15g through IVRS and received a sms acknowledging my booking and was given booking no 327406424. the message also stated that the distributor had cleared bookings upto 1/1/15.on the 23rd i had book a second refill cylinder. i did the same through IVRS and this time the sms stated that bookings upto 15/1/15 was cleared as on 23/1/15. but my booking done on 12/1/15 has not been recieved till date i.e today 24/1/15. when i enquired with the agency the staff was exceptionally rude and i was told that my first booking of 12/1/15 was cancelled because i had till then not linked my Adhara card.

I gave my aadhar card details on the 21st, so my 2nd booking was valid.how can the agency arbitrarily cancel my booking without informing me? after i had an argument with the agency staff today in the morning, i received an sms from the bpcl portal stating that my first refill booking no 327406424 was cancelled as per my request. How can the agency do this when i had no reason to cancel my booking. Infact, the official to whom i spoke to in the morning told me that my first booking dated 12/1/15 was cancelled because the delivery man had taken the delivery and would be coming any time. now i am left with 2 empty cylinders and no cooking gas because of some blunder on the part of the agency. I have recently shifted to Nagpur from Mumbai and am facing extreme hardship due to this arbitrary and incompetence of the agency.

The agency should be asked to explain the policy of delivery and they should also be checked for corruption since i strongly doubt that they must be selling the booked cylinders at a higher price and fooling genuine consumers.
