I purchased a property through Birds of Paradise(www. mybop.in) in Bangalore on 1st december 2013, to which they promised that they will provide a cash back of 2.5% of the deal once signed, however they eloped and now they are not responding to calls or mails. I do have mails where they promised to give the discount and also their last mail communication in which they said its pending with Accounts department, however they are now reluctant to give any response. They are just procrastinating a circumventing me since more than a year. Its not only me but many other are having such problems. They also have a FIR against them too.

They are not only harassing me but also few other customers as well. Apart from the discount that they will not offer me they will also be encouraged to treat customers just as a scapegoat and will keep making the mockery of the Indian Judicial system.

I would like to have the discounts with interest which I lost as promised to me, also an apology as well as the compensation for the mental torture they caused in the process.
