The order no. Ab581270 placed by me on askmebazaar .com on 12.12.14 for puma back pack was cancelled unilaterally on 30.12.14 even though the payment was made in advance online while placing order on 12.12.14. Today i.e. On 24.01.15 after more than 40 days, i got a call from them saying that the order was cancelled as the product was out of stock. This is totally false as online payment cannot be effected of a product which is out of stock. It is a after thought. Further if the product was out of stock, i would have been intimated the second day say 13.12.14 and not after 40 days. It is deficiency in services by not delivering the product at the quoted price already paid by me. The askmebazaar.com is making fool of the general public. Immediate action is warranted for banning such sites which has not even refunded the amount paid by me to ensure that they do not cheat and run away with the money of the general public.

Mental agony and non delivery of product despite amount of the product already paid my me. Delivery of the product, amount of which has already been paid by me. Not to repeat such instances with other person. Immediate banning of this site to ensure that they do not cheat and run away with the money of the general public.
