Dear Sir I Have a serious grievance against BPL Company as they have cheated me by taking Rs 650 for my TV Repair and my TV is still not functioning properly. In October 2012 i got my TV Repaired by calling Mechanic from BPL by the name “Mr Navin” with phone number “+91 9386369858”. I got this contact of mechanic after calling BPL Customer care number “18004251800” “18004252355”. This gave me their mechanic number and i called him. He repaired my TV and took Rs 650. But few days after TV Showed the same fault. Since then i am complaining BPL about this but they are not replying my mail. I am enclosing the copy of the mail with this complaint. They did fraud to me and took money without actually repairing my TV. Now his mechanic is saying that he will again take money to repair my TV. He is saying it’s company policy.
