I had taken an agency from the new india assurance co.ltd., palitana in year 2014-15. I had taken so many policies from customers during year 2014 and 2015 but from march-2016 this office was suddenly closed as in-charge was transferred then i had called and contacted bhavnagar and ahmedabad offices so many times but still today this office not opened. Since one and half year my all customers are facing problems for their insurances and i also not getting my agency income. This office was opened by irda’s guideline as taluka level micro office compulsory in every taluka,
