Broadband failure

My broaband internet connection is down from April 28th. I have registered a telephonic compalint on 02-05-2010 through 2282198 and received the docket No. 1000294894 . The complint remain unattended and on 16-06-2010 I called Khamla (Nagpur) exchange on 2292035 for enquiring status of complaint registered and received the answer your telephone number is noted here. Further,you can contact Khamla repairing section on 2283000 after 10.30 am on working days for follow up with line engineer. I keep on calling all these numbers for rectification and getting answers like you talk Khamla Fault Reparing Section, Line Enginner, Supervisior etc, and electronic answeres like “Technical work in progress ” Assigned to Account Officer etc.” etc. from 2282198.
It is embarasing there is no answer or even the office bearers are not bothered to lift the phones at Khamla Complaint Section (2285922, 2283000,2287202) , If go to “Customer Care Execitve” via 2282198, after a long wait I get ring sound and nobody to lift the phone to any query or answer

It is 18-06-2010 today and till date nobody from the Khamla excahnge or Khamla complaint section bothered to attend the complaint registered with docket No. 1000294894

It is strange and a matter of shame such a big organisation like BSNL has no system to operate, no person to control or even mange customer complaints in time. They dont even understand the maning of “customer satisafaction”.
Collection of monthly charge and rents or going for bogous adds in news paper and TV channel is not quality service.
