I have applied for broad band internet connection and accordingly bsnl installed in the month of october 2008 at my residence, ph. no-06582-258417 chaibassa, dist -singhbhum-west Jharkhand, pin-833201. But, broad band internet connection was not functioning since begining even after so many complaint registered in the bsnl office,not a single staff/ officer attempt to rectify the my problem.Lastly, i have given the application for disconnect/ discontinue the connection. Till this period ie October 2008 to May 2009, I paid the bill to bsnl without any broad band service, more over I have bought modem provided by bsnl for no use. Since the beginning of installation of broad band, i have never got its connectivity. I may please be informed that whether or not I can file my grievance in the consumer court.
