sir.i aditya kumar ordered tablet pc (datawind) that was delivered in the june month. i found that pc not working properly and hence i returned it to service center twice. in the month august it was once again delivered to me but much to disappointment it was delivered with broken screen. sir, when i connected to service center i was assured that it will be repaired free of cost. but it did not happen. so, i request you to intervene in this issue so that i may get my tablet pc working properly. for this i would be thankful to you.

economic damage-250+250-when i returned tablet pc for repairing. physical damage- the valuable time that i lost – two working days.

i want my tablet pc properly repaired or if it is not possible, the cost(5199 rupee) that was charged must be returned. i think i must be returned my money because i fear it wouldn’t be 100% well.
