I went to the shop in Kurla( Neelkalam Apts., Belgrami Rd) – 9867899811. I told the shopkeeper to show BSA and Hercules cycles only. I finalized this cycle – I Sportz 16″ Kids Cycle(Which He Told Was A BSA Brand). I bought it for Rs. 2470/- and gifted it to my niece. The same day(today, 9.3.16) I realized there was no BSA marking on the cycle and on the bill, the brand name is also written as BSA. I called up the shop immediately and now he’s owing up saying I can return the product. I am expecting strict action to be taken against the shop.

I suffered travelling charges, I also felt very harassed and embarrassed when my brother told me that it was a duplicate cycle. A case to be filed against the shop and complete refunds for the product.
