my consumer number is 104000019711 in my march bill past reading was 5645 unit and present reading is 5742 unit so total unit consumed is 97 unit. and the bill is generated of Rs 1564 from march 2014 i have paid all bill on time i have payment receipts of all bills never i paid even a single rupees less than bill but in march bill total arrears is of amount 1185.66 which is wrong when i went in their office they started misbehaving. they don”t have manners even how to talk.even in customer care center i didn”t got any help so please help me BSES is treating worst with consumers.when in ramdayalu office Mr dinesh didn”t solved my problem he given me a number of Mr pramod who is posted in maripur office when i called him he also abused me a lot and he told me your bill will not be corrected you can go anywhere no one will help you so now please help me thanking you vikram kumar 725057XXX

i want that they correct my electricity bill which should be of Rss 388
