Sir, I am Puneet Tripathi, using bsnl service of punjab since 15 month, i have recharge with 500rs, and on 7 aug 14 at 1810 one message comes from bsnl that ” You are charged Rs150 for subscribing the service MobTV-All-Channels/Month150 of validity 30 Days. For De-sub send SMS STOP to 57171 or 155223″, before it bsnl has cut my balance 3 times and when i complain then they blame me that i have activated and not refund my money,

I want money back and not to activate any kind of service from next time.
