Respected sir, My name is George Mohan from Kerala I have a complaint regarding for BSNL company my number is that 9400412255. 8-4-2014 BSNL company automatically activate BSNL Mobile TV service( Service Code +554471150) in my Mobile number without my permission & also they Deducted 150Rs from my account. I am not used this service yet. I am already complaint in Bsnl Customer care but they response is very very poor & also BSNL customer service provide is very bad . I am very disturbed about it. please you do something and action against Bsnl Company.Kindly Please help me Complaint Register No: 4D08KL370300 & 4D09KL373497 I want my refund please as soon as possible.
