sir, i got recharge my mobile with 139 for data pack on 24 April. On 27 of april they reduced my mobile balance from 82.60 to 0. They also reduced my data balance from 660MB to 0. When i contacted them they said they don’t know about it. After many time i contacted they said they cant do anything about it.
