I submitted and application 8012465647 on 30th October 2014 to BSNL Jabalpur to disconnect my telephone 2662290. No action was taken by BSNL for nearly two months and they continued to bill me charges and deducted the amount from my deposit which is totally in-arbitrarily as i had stopped using telephone w.e.f 30th october 2014. they showed balance on Rs. 149 as payable to me which is totally wrong.

I should have been paid about 800 rupees as bill for October was not paid and that should have been deducted from my deposit of rs,. 1625. I need the due amount should be paid to me.
