BSNL Broadband – Cash collected but service not delivered

I’ve applied for a broadband connection with call 4 connections on May 11th 2013. BSNL broadband – 2 Mbps till 8 GB, 512 kbps unlimited post 8 GB. 500 rupees advance paid. BSNL Personnel delivered the line on May 16th 5 pm. After continuous calls Mr Manikandan came to my residence on May 17th 2013 at 9 30 pm with a wifi modem. Balance amount of Rs 2500 (Total Rs 3000) was paid for the modem model Digisol DG-BG4100N. He tried configuring the modem till 10 20 pm. But broadband never worked. He promised return next day to complete delivery. He never turned up. Most of my calls was never answered. I tried reaching Mr Ragavan who is a superior I spoke to on May 13 arguing & requesting timely delivery. He also didn’t respond. Totally disappointed & frustrated with the response provided by the agency. Also I’m left stranded without connectivity.

An apology for their apathy, with immediate connectivity. Failing which I’d like to claim back my 3000 rupees paid to them & additional Rs 2000 for causing inconvenience & frustrating me to the core. This should also be a learning for them to respond properly to consumers & service on time.
