BSNL – broadband connection delay no response from staff

They have taken the deposit of Rs 3,000 promising broadband internet connection in two days. BSNL person who collected money was Shantharaju, Mob.No.9449851xxx. Its been 16 days and nothing has been done. In the meanwhile every time I called to check on the status, they either said it was going to be done next day and hung up rudely or did not pick at all. I have requested for refund over the email but they are never bothered to respond at all

I work for a IT product company which requires my continuous online presence. I actually chose BSNL because they promised the connection in two days and I paid hefty advance of 3000 which no other broadband provider asks for. I could not work for many of billable hours due to lack of internet and my productivity and credibility were lost thus making me lose my salary.

1) Return my deposit money back 2) I lost 80 billable work hours – compensation for that – Rs 1,00,000 2) It caused mental tensions, affecting my health and social well being, compensation for that too
