Dear Sir/Madam I took Super Franchisee from Elbex Courier Service by paying an amount of Rs 65,000/- on Oct 2012. For few months they gave service, but from past 6 months all the numbers are switched off which are given in their website. So I sent a Registered post for cancellation of the agreement on 31st Dec 2013 to Bangalore office, on 06 Jan 2014 it has returned to me. The post man said the office is closed and no details about them. Please help me to get my amount back.

04 Sept 2013 was the last courier i sent to them, after this date they are not giving any response, all their number mentioned in their website is switched off. Initially at the time of signing agreement they had promised to open a Master Franchisee in my place wherein I can hand over all the couriers collected by me. But till now they have not opened nor taken any steps towards this. All these months i have been sending the couriers through other courier service providers like VRL etc.

Help me to get back the deposited amount please. I took loan at 12.5 % p.a and i am facing financial problem and mental torture.
