I am a subscriber of TATA Sky DTH services. My subscriber ID is : 1084867553. The problem is from last 2 weeks. I am getting NO SIGNAL from TATA Sky DTH services. After complaining more than 3 times(ref. SR0101141109156, SR0401141110580, SR0601141111393 etc), the issue is still not solved. The people who comes to solve the issue don’t know how to talk to anyone and when asked the reason for not solving the issue. they said that they aren’t able to find the cable. That is very absurd reason. They even asked you should remember your dish.
I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
