My telephone 01412796784 is out of order since last 4 months, no one attended after request. I have even complained to the section officer to the Executive Engineer. I could not get an appointment with the General Manager, Jaipur Circle otherwise I would have even complained to him.

I have also deposited money for BSNL broadband Modem. Since their is total lack of service from the BSNL end, I demand refund of security deposit of Broadband modem & 4 mothhs bill of non operational phone total about approx Rs. 2000/- should be refunded.
