BSNL Broadband Discount & Plans criteria changed without notice

We have subscribed to BSNL’s home combo plan called 500C. This includes, 1.5GB broadband usage in day time and at night time between 2AM and 8AM, unlimited internet. It also includes 175 free calls. Additionally, we have subscribed to Gujarat-Lo-Kar-Lo-Baat plan @ Rs. 171 – which gives unlimited calls to any BSNL landline / mobile. Suddenly, January’s Bill received in February got increased and while checking I found that even though 175 free calls were not done, they had charged for non-BSNL calls. A complaint was done (number: 1010303237) on 11th Feb which has been rejected without any kind of communication. Just 2 days back (13th March) we are now received a message that 175 free calls being given will only be to BSNL landline & mobile and it is effective 1st Jan. They notified this in March and making it effective 1st Jan. Also, it is not ethical to change the criteria of the plans – the basis on which we have subscribed to the plans. They can change the tariff whenever they want, but the type of calls itself cannot be changed

Rollback of the changes in criteria. Sole reason for selecting Gujarat-Lo-Kar-Lo-Baat plan is to make free calls to BSNL end points. Broadband combo plan’s 175 free calls were being used as non-BSNL usage, but now that too only covers BSNL numbers, this is wrong.
