BSNL Broadband – Extremely Bad Network in Kerala

I am submitting this complaint on behalf my father.We added a broadband service to our BSNL landline 0485-2835429 in last april but we couldnt even use it for half hour in a day due to the bad network and complained (no actions). Later in June we moved to another house approx.1.5 km away which is located under the same exchange(Muvattupuzha) and requested for a transfer.Since then we are paying the full amount of money for it. They havent transferred any services for us.We complaint about it several times .They are just saying to continue paying the bills otherwise it will be disconnected and we will connect it when we have a cable pair or will fix it when someone disconnect their line in our area. We cant just wait and pay the bill until some one disconnect. We want a full refund of our money and restoration of the services. .The connection is on my fathers name -Chakkappan Thomas, Kunnappilli madathil ,E .Marady P.O, Muvattupuzha .Without this connection it is difficult for me to talk and see my parents as I am living in another country.
