Sir, I had applied for BSNL telephone along with broadband in the month of mar 2014 at Air Force complex vayu vihar. Due to technical problem it was not installed. I received a message on 06 may 14 that a bill against your tele is rasied amounting 1616/-apporx. on 13 may BSNL lineman came and installed the telephone and broadband while configuration of modem same thing I had informed to JTO on telephone 0471255xxx. The telephone does not have incoming ring and broadband not working. After many complaints it become serviceable. on 06 Jun 14 I received a message on my mobile that bill of Rs 1643/-is raised against acct No.9035790956 and phone No 0471-2443878 and showing outstanding amount is 3330/- . When I logged on BSNL Protal I found that bill was from 01 April 14 where as it was installed on 13 May 14 The last due date payment is 26 Jun 14 But my all services are disabled since last 10 to 12 days. I booked complaints vide docket No.1112611373 dated 12/06/14 and 11134946110/- 17/06/123 On 18 jun 14 they had waived some 29+79 Rs from my bill which were charged against phone rent from 25/04/14. They informed on phone that telephone installed in april and broadband on 13 May.14 My services are not working till date. I request you do the needful. I had put my efforts because whenever there is a call from BSNL they use to say to pay the bill. After so many effort I am harassed that I had to pay the bill of the period where I was not provided by any facility. and My all services were disabled without any reason. Thanks with regards
