I bought 1 Samsung washing Machine in July last year. During last 11 months we had at least 5 times machine started malfunctioning and had to call service centre. In the process almost all the parts have been changed and again it is not working. I want either replacement or total refund of the amount
It resulted in lots of agony and loss of peace and money to the tune of total cost of the machine which was 23000 INR.
I want Lotus and Samsung to be penalised for selling faulty product and refund of my money.
