Airtel – Not providing assured service – Review

We raised a compliant I’m customer care regarding no signal compliant in airtel engineer came and checked and informed us that he will come next day and rectify it from last t days we have been calling the customer care every day and till date no body has come and Airtel is charging the every day charges compliant no is 38317895 the second complaint no is 38340664 . The customer care people inform everyone that they send engineer but no body come and the concerned person either switch off the phone or doesn’t respond to the calls

We have been charged money every day even though the digital tv connection is not working and we have called so many time to customer care wasting our money on calls anand waiting at home everyday that the engineer will come and rectify it . Every time customer care people say we are sending engineer I have to go from office to home wait for them but the concerned person either switch off the phone and in evening Airtel send sms stating that they have resolved the complaint fact is till now it’s not resolved
