I got Broad Band and Land Line connection on February 21 2013, by paying rs 500 for LL + 750 for BB. And also I gave proof for availing 20% discount because i am ex-service man. But received your message on 6th march 2013, which says you have to pay rs.1276. I don’t understand, why you charged rs.1276 extra for me ?. even though i have used BSNL connection for just 14 days. I didn’t made any calls, I am using BSNL only for Broad Band that too i have opted for Unlimited service. why you are charging me extra amount ? please respond to my complaint. thank you. my land line number : 0462-2331290 my account number : 9035296995 circle : Tamilnadu
