I paid rs. 600/- as BSNL Dataone broadband security two years ago and that is still with bsnl. In one previous bill rs. 900 are again shown as security for changed broadband with monthly charges rs. 900/-. On personally visiting bsnl customer care at panampilly nagar, ernakulam their persons told me that as per broadband plan, security deposit is rs 900/- so additional rs. 300/- security is required to be deposited and rs.600/- will be reduced from bill. But nothing happened. I contacted bsnl office at panampilly nagar two times, no result, submitted online complaint no result

Tension due to extra money put in bill. I went two times to bsnl office, harassment but no result. Online complaint submission shows that it will be resolved within three days but even after 39 days it is not resolved.

Bill may be amended accordingly. Rs. One lakh compensation from bsnl for giving tension, harassment
