Respected sir, I am Bsnl broadband consumer my Bsnl account detail is given below: Account no : 1021197935 Phone no : 0183-2592920 Name : Jagtar singh I want to say that, my broadband service is stopped from 26 to till date.I have registered my BSNL broadband complaints on 26/1/2014(complaint ID 1017402508),31/1/2014(complaint ID 1017495429)and 10/2/2014(complaint ID 1017636952). And BSnl department is unable to solve my problem to till date. 26/1/2014 onwards, due to broadband service problem from Bsnl broadband side I have face so many problems, lots of my time, money and work is lost. After this I have write letter to nodal officer at Ranjeet avenue BSNL office(under diary no 272) for the rebate of unused broadband service bill.but they have done nothing and they send me the bill of 806 Rs.
I don’t want pay bill after 26 January 2014 because my is stopped on 26th onwards from Bsnl broadband side.they are responsible for my stopped service.
