BSNL – excess billing without my consent plan changed

I was subscriber of 3G Mobile data services of BSNL on my post paid mobile no. 8547882xxx since Jan 2013. I subscribed and using 3G unlimited data Tariff Plan 700. I paid all the bills timely through online BSNL Portal. My Tariff Plan was changed by company from Unlimited data usage to 3G Data Tariff Plan 501 with Limited Data usage without any prior intimation and my consent.I was unaware of this plan change and continued using service.I have been charge Rs 60798/- vide bill no. 811085739 dated 03-FEB-14.I immediately filed complain to BSNL vide KRL/CO/2014/2801 dated 13 Feb 2014 and requested for waiver of excess bill amount. My request is still pending at AO TR (A)BSNL Ernakulam. My excess billing was basically due to company ignorance as they did not informed me before changing my Tariff plan and migrating me to Limited data plan from unlimited data plan. Therefore it is requested that BSNL may be instructed to waive off my excess bill.

My excess bill be waived off by BSNL and i may be issued with actual bill as per my subscribed Tariff plan 700.
