I reside at talwara distt hoshiarpur,, and have bsnl landline 01883236356 on which I have broadband facility .Along with broadband charges of Rs 590.64 /- I have been asked to deposit adjustment charges of Rs 233.36 for the
month of Feb 2014 to be paid on 25.3.2014.. Wide account no. 1021857087 . The adjustment amount of Rs 233.36 is for music on demand,, for games on demand and for movie on demand.. Which I have NEVER used and Never asked for.

The same thing happened with me during the month of Jan 2014 which I had already paid. This is sort of picking pocket and shameful act. Kindly rectify my bill and remove the excess charges of Rs 233.36 /- for this month. So that I may pay my actual bill on due date 25.3.2014. Otherwise I will have to go to consumer court.
