Pick By Channel Dish TV – Issues – No Customer Service

I made request on 16 Feb 2014 to dish TV against my SV no 01518654254 for pick by channel, as I like only few channel, I received always standard reply “ your case has been forwarded to our customer service experts. You will be getting a call within next 24hrs from our side” , further they appricate him self by writing few line that “We are pleased to inform you that we have reverted to this email in 3 hours against a committed time frame of 24 hours. We are committed to provide you with same level of service always”. As I could not afford the amount deducted by the dishtv, I was fedup with the statandrad reply that may be auto reply, I decided on 24 feb 2014 to downgrade my pakage for the time being. Again on 27 Feb 2014 I request for pik by channel, when ever I remind them they send above mentioned reply, even up to 15 Mar 2014, requested channel has not been activated. Kindly help me or send me where I can complaint further. I saw your name on internet and now send you all the detail. Thanking you Harbans lal singla
