Even after maintaining the desired balance in mobile my above mentioned bsnl prepaid number witness frequent call drop. Call drop generally occurs with incoming call, this could be proved after checking my call data records in which call disconnection after every few mins of talk could be seen. I tried calling to customer care but after keeping waiting for long time the call disconnects on its own. Infact i am still trying to contact customer care but unable to register complain as IVRS saying “All customer care executives are busy, please stay on the line”.
I am mentally exhausted with this problem. I would like to share that i am unemployed right now and searching for job and i have to give interviews on phone call and talk to HR person on phone call, and its so depressing if one looses the job opportunity just because of extremely poor mobile network. I hope you understand the value of job opportunity for unemployed person.
