I ordered a Moto G online on 5th July 2014 and was promised that it would be delivered to me by 15th July, 2014. I couldn’t even track my order. I have already made a payment for the order. I tried contacting the customer care regarding the faulty tracking system, however I was told that I should wait till the 15th of July. On 15th July I received another mail saying that there has been some issue and I shall receive the delivery in next 2-3 days. However when I called the customer care I was told that I have to wait for a week. I have already made a payment for my order and I am yet to receive it. No one tells me clearly as to where my order is, and neither do I get any fixed date within which I can get my order delivered.
I want the order to be delivered within this week or else my entire amount to be refunded by Monday.
