BSNL has ‘Without’ my request put a HORRIBLE caller tune for my mobile number +91-9451545383. They have already deducted Rs. 30/- towards the caller tune. Whenever i try to call their customer service, “The number is always busy”. Their customer care complaint registration site is a hoax. They wont even register me. I want to remove that horrible caller tune. Funny thing is that it’s not only me who is facing this problem. My friends who are using BSNL mobile number have also face random allotment of stupid caller tunes. BSNL is cheating people to increase its own revenue, because they know that people will forget about their Rs. 30/- but if they cheat, say 100000 customer, they end up earning Rs 3000000, without doing anything.
