Dear sir, My mobile no 89004546, name Alvia Ahmed. I belong to muslim community. Your organization forcefully activated a caller tune which is “Jai Jai Shiv” which goes against my religion. I complained on 22 march till now my complaint has not been attended. The complaint no is “97807”

The customer care officers also misbehave to me and also mentally harass. Finaly they say if not deactivated please go to BSNL office and complaint there.

BSNL Mobile money Deduction
my mobile no. is 0949873222, after every two days i get a message from 567561005 message as follows “your subscription to video alert has been renewed for two days, you have been charged Rs. 5”.like this my 50 Rs. have been deducted . i want to unsubscribe it now.
