The customers in and around Bungalow no.47, of Muliabari , Digboi have been facing following problems with BSNL cellone and 3G Internet service in spite of paying for the services. 1) Broken speech after some moment of conversation through cellphone. 2) Line drops frequently after some moments of connection. This leads to repeated calls for effective communication leading to higher telephone bill. 3) 3G broadband network not available for last few months. The problems enumerated above have been informed to the SDE, Digboi , Exchange, but not solved.

The Cellone connection to be made reliable and an amount of Rs.25,000/- [The bill amount for last 12 months and physical and mental trouble due to repeated unreliable calls through the mobile.] to be refunded.
