I tried to recharge on my bsnl cellone mobile no. 8765166026 on 11 august with 40rs. transaction failed and i didn’t received any money or credits. i have sent you mails but still no reply. my user id is: prakash.ashish01@gmail.

It has cost me 40rs and its been 7 days and no refund. also i couldnt recharge my phone due to my money stuck with you. I want full refund ie rs 40 + inconvenience caused to me at least rs 100 in total.
