BSNL – Changed Monthly plan without information

I am a regular customer of BSNL Landline phone and use it for Voice Calls and Broadband. I have obtained a Plan BBG-FN-HOME-500-COMBO-MONTHLY_R as per my choice. But from the Last Month BSNL have been changed my Pla to a new Plan BBG-CNT-COMBO-500-MONTHLY with prior information to me and without my permission. This is a cheating to us.

I want to deduct the excess amount which is shown in the current bill due to Bill Plan Change.
