I am a BSNL telecom user and also i am a wimax user. Every month i spend a lot of money on behalf of using BSNL services but BSNL is not providing services according to the expenses we made. Every time we contact their customer care representative they promises to solve the problem but looks like they are not going solve the network related issues. They are degrading their network services day by day and not deducting the charges . They are abusing the customers financially.
Relief i want is they must fix the network related issues for long run or they must declare themselves as incapable of solving the problem which will lead to shut down BSNL entities in my area and the consumers losing money due to BSNL will be saved. We will then find another network or any other means to carry our business activities.
