I am having prepaid connection no. 9409686871 from BSNL, From last month I am receiving SMS from BZ-12555030 as “thank you for continuing regional radio service ,will be charged Rs.20/month. To deactivate call or send sms STOP to 155223” and 20.00 is deducted from my account. I had not given any permission to my service provider for the same, nor I listen any radio on mobile. Last month when I received the sms I immediately make SMS as STOP to deactivate but still this month same thing happened and Rs .20 is deducted from my account. I am trying to call on 155223 but it does not connected and even I don’t know the address from where such things are being managed so as to file FIR against such culprits. In the same way way they had looted 40/- from my account. Now I want to reverse the amount deducted from my account and want to know the address so that necessary legal action can be taken. I had tried many times on the customer care number of BSNL which is 18001801503 but the same remain engaged all the time.
