I am a bsnl landline/ broadband customer since a long time. For past 2 yrs i am facing connectivity issues and the problem is not being resolved, i have complained repeatedly sometimes twice a day on a daily basis, and have tried calling bsnl officials also, these update my complaint status as solved on their system but my problem remains as it is, my net works intermittently for 10-15 min and then gets disconnected or i dont receive at all. I pay my bills regularly and have unlimited connection but every now and then i have started receiving msg of usage exceeded also
