For new broadband connection I approached this telephone exchange for asking there consent for new connection in my house (my house falls under this exchange area), from there a executive directed me to one Mr Balasekhar (he is one who is responsible for field inspection) and gave his number, so after few minute as i reached back my home I called this person to inform my area, this man responded in a pathetic and unmannerly way, and without being hearing my address in full he told “no connection in your area”, but my point was since the ground floor house have a bsnl broadband connection, why did he denied to give connection in first floor house.
Sir I feel really bad to know the manners in which government employees are behaving to the customer, on what basis did they get more courage after entering this public sector, to a limit we human can tolerate but not more,,, its hard ……sir pls consider this, as i am forwarding this as it hurt me a lot.. and even i taught several times, that do i need to complaint against this person. but i cant!!!! for every thing there will be a limit.
