I enrolled myself for GRE + TOEFL course on 26th July 2014 in Jamboree Education pvt ltd. having course fees Rs 19,900. I paid Rs 8,000 as advance amount on 26th July. Classes were about to commence from 9th August. I attended only two classes i.e. on 9th and 10th August. Then next week i.e. on 16th August i informed the Jamboree Point of Contact Person that i dont want to continue with the classes as my employer have proposed for sending me abroad. Informed POC (Point Of Contact) Person said that she will come back to me with some resolution. I waited for her response about 2 weeks and meantime they didnt turned up. In the mean time i called them several times and also sms them but they didnt replied. They blocked my number, switched off there Cellphones. I called the POC on the office number and she talked very rudely. She offered me to arrange a replacement for me. I showed my disability to arrange the replacement and hence she said nothing can be done. I told her to return me atleast Rs 7000 back but she showed her disinterest in my request.

Institute can keep 10% of the advance fees(Rs 8,000) ans should refund the remaining amount
