I have AMC for my Washing m/C with Whirlpool India for 2 years by paying Rs.4500/-. After complain of defect on 26th july their engineer attended but not rectified, Last one month They are Saying defective Parts will be replaced but now they are insisting for replacement by paying money by me.

I have complained on 26 th july. More than one month I am facing problem particularly in rainy season without Washing M/c

Immediate set right the problem as per terms & condition without paying any cost
