I am using BSNL Prepaid Mobile, Every week Rs 5 detecting from my account nearly 5 times i registered complaints through customer care. But still didn’t find the solution and losing Rs 5 every week. Is it the way Customer care functioning? is it acceptable for complaining for same reason about 5 times? will i get solution as soon as possible?
Has the Telecom Ministry Instructed BSNL to Follow in the Footsteps of Airtel pre-Paid Unauthorized Deductions ?
